Had an interesting experience. Standard Bank customer was trying to use the autobank machine in a highly affluent area in Johannesburg. She was unable to use the machine because she didn't know what to do - not because of language but because she couldn't read. She had to ask a petrol attendant to help

Idea: Develop a way in which autobank machines can talk to you via your cell phone and help guide you through the process
