There are a lot of individuals who have invented or had a good idea that can generate profit and benefit our economy. With support and advice we can achieve our goals. I am one of them that have lost very good ideas by speaking to the wrong people and now to scared for it to repeat.
The current way to change the limit on your EFT is a drag. Don't see the security purpose behind it if you can fill any contact number in and the staff at Standard Bank don't ask you a question like date of birth to confirm that it is you!!!!!
I suggest that you should be able to change your limit online and a message should be sent to your phone to confirm it, by typing in a code. This should take effect IMMEDIATELY !!
Hi
I recently requested bank statements for the last 3 months to be sent via email to me. I was told this would cost R14.50 per page :(

I am liable for the money loaned whether I buy a dud vehicle from a legit dealer or a stolen or dud vehicle from a private individual.

I have approached Standard Bank about receiving my 5 years historical statements in electronic format.
They can't do that, NO, I must pay +-R15 per paper statement which is posted to my branch which works out at about R10,000.
I can't believe that you cannot press a few computer buttons and email me the data so I can save time and import into my accounting system, we are going backwards and not forwards.
Having coffee machines in the branches would be a great refreshment while waiting. Most customers wouldn't mind paying for the coffee.
